I'm 5'3", feel free to add me. I work full time and have always done diets on and off over the years. Trying to make a better life change this go around and stick with it. Got a ways to go yet but will get there one day at a time. I joined the 40 Day Challenge to try and keep myself accountable!

I am going for 10 miles of walking this week, and 20 miles of running. :) Gotta get ready for my marathon.
