Some people set up funds (like paypal) that goes towards their honeymoon fund. I think that's a nice idea! Everyone feels like they're contributing something but it's not just stuff off a boring registry. It's a happier present in my opinon!

YEP! Gluten free and vegetarian limits my options of "fast foods" I do enjoy cooking but sometimes it gets old. Breakfast is usually a smoothie, lunch is almost always a salad of some kind and dinner I'll actually toil away on the stove.

Eat potassium rich foods (sweet potatoes, bananas, kiwis) to help speed up the process. Coconut water also does WONDERS.

That does feel good! I love when strangers or the cashier at the check out are like "WOW! You eat really healthy!". "Yep. I do. :)" Even though eating clean and fresh is costly, I always find a way. I refuse to eat crap because it's cheap. My body is my most solid investment.

I saw this on Pinterest and I've tried it. Every time you feel a binge coming on (or you've already started); count to 100 and take a sip of water in between in number. Also, change your surroundings. I find I binge in front of the tv. So I get up and do something else. Break the trance!
