Good points! I didn't think to freeze raw vegetables. I always buy frozen fruit (so cheap! Honestly, I don't waste that much. I make a serious effort not to.

Realistically, I probably spend about $70-$75 on groceries a week. All I know is every time I go to grocery store, I don't get out of there for less than $35. When I'm out of shape, I get it around the first mile. The more I run, I hit it close to the 3rd. Either way, I LOVE IT. I wish there was a way to explain it but there isn't so lace up those sneaks and see for yourself!

It takes 4 weeks for you to notice your body changing. 8 weeks for your friends to notice, and 12 weeks for the rest of the world to notice. Give it 12 weeks... DON'T QUIT! You didn't gain the weight in one week, it's unrealistic to think you'd lose it in a week.

Do you take a multi vitamin? Vitamin D supplement? Vitamin B Complex? All of these things will give you more energy. Eating a well balanced diet wthout a lot of processed stuff (i.e. sodium), water and some basic exercise works wonders. Also...check with your doctor if this has been going on a while...
