I use a lot of textured vegetable protein (TVP). It adds a few grams of carbs but mainly protein and fiber. It can be added to just about anything - I mix it with veg & seasoning for dinner.

Hang in there! For me it was just a few weeks after that, that the smell of cigarette smoke became sickening to me. At that point, smoking's not an option and it's all a lot easier. :)

Amazon Instant Video (streaming video) has lots for rental and a rolling inventory of videos that are free with their Prime membership. It's a nice way to sample them, and since there are usually a lot of reviews for each it's pretty easy to get a sense of whether a particular one is something you're interested in.

This has worked well for me in the past - the "cheat days" ended up completely derailing me. However, I think I like the idea of "free meal" better - I get sucked into the whole guilt/shame stuff over eating way too easily, which is probably what actually derails me more than taking a day off.
