I was in really good form, following Nataly for the most part in Level 1. But in Level 2 I'm starting to do some modifications and prefer to follow Anita Level 2 is tough!!

Congrats to you, I have 3 more weeks left to finish the 90 day program and so far I've lost 15lbs... so excited to see my final results. Planning to do the hybrid program once I finish TF Keep at it and let's share our experiences!!

Way to GO!! I'm in day 63 of Turbo Fire program (90 day program) and so far I have lost 16lbs, couple of weeks more and see if that number goes up. I guess I'm tossing mine too. Yesterday it happened the same thing to me too Strech40/Core20 840 calories and today after doing Fire EZ 55 (for 55 minutes) I only burned 56 calories. I won't that to ruin my date I guess you are constantly training. Thanks for this post otherwise I would have still believed on my wrist HRM

I love turbo fire, I'm on my 6th week now and lost 10 lbs - without following any crazy diet just cutting the portions and eating healthy. I just found out MFP so let's see how it helps by the time I reach the 12th week. I will post picz later. GUESS WHAT... YOU'RE NOT TIRED!!
