I'm currently doing Jenelle's hybrid, it's more intense than the hybrid on the back of the TF book. So far I really like it but it does require more time -btw 50 to 70mins-. Anyways currently on my third week and seeing outstanding results in my arms and waist. I have a long way I'll post my results once I finish it.

I feel ya I gained 2lbs after finishing Burn Circuit but my arms and thighs are more defined, just decided I was not going to weigh in for a month so I dont stress myself with the scale number.

I graduated in July 21st runcompleting the c25k app in 4 months, I run 3.5m in 32 minutes which to my surprise beat my last race's time of 39minutes back in June (I was in week 4 day 3 at that time). Next challenge, Bridge to 10k and my 10k race in September 1st :)

I'm doing 3 days C25k and CE I follow the regular schedule, so far I have lost 2 lbs and I'm on the 4th week of Burn phase. I've lost inches but yet don't know the stats since I plan to measure at the end of Burn circuit.
