CE with C25k?

Im thinking of doing a hybrid of this. Alternate days of CE with C25k. Obviously the programme will take linger. Has anyone done this/ do people think it will work. I've started doing JM body Rwvolution but have decided I prefer my cardio to be running in the summer. I will get back to BR when the long nights draw in.

I've been doing it. I had been doing C25k on Tues, Thurs, Sat and CLX on Mon, Wed, FRI. I just completed the PUSH phase and lost no weight. And I have quite a bit to lose.
So this month in the Lean Phase I am doing her program as intended, even as scary as the cardio workouts can be... and doing C25K in the morning of lifting days.
Good luck! I find that C25k does not interfere in the lifting at all except I can't do the workouts back to back. I have to do one in the morning and the other in the evening. And since I HATE cardio- it needs to go in the morning slot or I very well might talk myself out of it. I LOVE the lifting CLX style, so thats an easy thing to fit in at the end of th day.0 -
I'm doing 3 days C25k and CE I follow the regular schedule, so far I have lost 2 lbs and I'm on the 4th week of Burn phase. I've lost inches but yet don't know the stats since I plan to measure at the end of Burn circuit.0

I'm doing it.
I'm currently on my second-last week of Lean Circuit, and on Week 5 of C25k.
I just space out the runs and workouts. I either run at 7 am or at 8:30 pm, and I do my workouts during the day (yay for maternity leave). It's taking me a bit longer, as I do listen to my body if I'm overdoing it, but you can definitely work in the two programs without taking too much longer.0
