You are awesome!!! I love that you are so honest in your story. Yes, we have lost weight but it's NOT been smooth ride. I, as well, still have breakdown days and struggle so much daily. Thanks for sharing, you are beautiful!

Im SO happy you reposted!!! I always think of your story and wish I'd saved it because your before body is SO much like mine, it's crazy! and your body now is my GOAL! I always think "she did that, so can I!" and compare my body to yours! But now I can come back and see and be inspired again. I will write your story as my…

I was so worried about the copper IUD as well. I absolutely despise hormonal birth control but surgery scares me and we are done having kiddos. I decided it was worth it to try, execting the worst.... I LOVE it!!!! No pain, no extra bleeding, no hormones, I dont even know its there really. I actually have LESS painful…

Im not trying to change anything now. Just wondering what activity level I am working with.

More positivity here and less drama for sure. I have noticed some people make their status' here Facebook like and that's kind of annoying (because it's misplaced) but otherwise, I only check in there since being active here.

Thank you so much for sharing this!

I do admit I'd giggle to myself but I think I'd be more impressed by her tenacity to go so far to achieve her goals than anything.

We are not too far off of spec's and I am eating 1850, I bet you should try eating more than 1600.

Exactly what is happening to me! Scale is up but pants were saggy today and the other day I put on a 12!... a 12!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm still wearing 16's thinking they fit, that's my size. The one's I wore today were a 14 and were saggy, I kept pulling them up. But the scale went up! :noway: I love this way of eating, I…

At my higher weights, I would have definitely said weight. Now that I am closer to my goal, I really just want my idea physique and I figure the number I want will come eventually. Besides, nobody really sees the scale but me anyways.

I kept doing that, too and I'm not dyslexic, lol. I just posted like this a few days ago. So far everybody says it's normal and it will get better (it's starting to for me).

Same here! My goal is 155ish. I think a size 10 would be fantastic. :) I started at 235, currently 175ish.

Love these!

Way too few calories and way too many microwaveable meals. Do you have a day off? Try freezing lean meats and meals in portions fit for yourself. Plan ahead, make yourself a meal plan for the next 3 days. Some of those weight watchers meals are fine, but every day and sometimes every meal is not. Go to the store, buy some…

If you want to eat your BMR (and you are), make sure you are eating your NET. So, if you exercise and burn cals, you would likely want to eat those.

So, basically you will get differences of opinion. Do your research on both and make an educated decision.

You are gorgeous!!!!!

I did. I lost 65lbs without probably 1 day of exercise. In fact, before this chunk of weight, I had lost about 40 (then got pregnant again and gained it all back) and I cardio'd myself to death and was frustrated that it did pretty much nothing for me. I am not saying you should, but I AM saying you can lose without…

Oh and the first day I lost a pound and the first week I lost 3.25". Then I took the scale to the garage.
-
Try it for a month, give yourself that. That's what I'm doing. I tossed out the scale for the time being and besides the mental block and struggling to get that many calories down, it isn't so bad. A month isnt so long when you think about it. I'd rather give a month and try then risk starving my body for the rest of my…

Yes, this exactly!!

This exactly! I was test obsessed when I was TTC and started test about 7DPO (days past ovulation). Although, I never got a positive until at least 10 days after.

Eat more. Could be that simple.

Yeah, well sexual attraction (or lack there of) has ruined many marriages I am sure. I think sex is a very important part of a relationship. I used to say it wasn't until it became an issue in my marriage. I NEED my husband to be sexually attracted to me. I can't make him feel something he doesn't, so I did what I needed…
