  • Since your working out so much, you may want to look at your calories. Are you eating backing the extra you get? I know a lot of people don't but I think its very important. Make sure your eating enough and drinking plenty of water. This to shall pass!! Hard work pays off. Keep trying and you will see results!
  • I'm not sure but that sounds about right.
  • I was feeling really run down and went to see my doctor. He had me come back once a week for about eight weeks and they gave me the injections at the office. It was worth every penny. My energy level went through the roof. He did tell me to come back anytime i wanted but havent since. I was thinking yesterday of getting…
  • Sounds great!! I'll have to try it. Is there a big difference in the bacon?
  • I am 5'3 but started at 181. I am now 129. I'm very happy with my weight and hopefully I can keep maintaining.
  • I've been maintaining my weight pretty good. I still count my calories and choose healthier options. I don't want to get to a place where I start gaining my weight back. I feel that you have to change the way you look at things. I want to be healthy so I choose healthy things ex: eating good and exercising.
  • Welcome. This site is wonderful. Good luck on your journey.
  • Dont freak out. Its a good thing remember. I really didn't start getting clothing until I was down almost 20 pounds. I didn't/dont have the money to go buy outfits that I was only going to wear for a little while. After about 20 I went and got the basics. I also started going to a resale shop. I could get a lot…
  • yes water retention is a big factor in daily fluctuations. Watch your sodium intake and drink plenty of water.
  • Wow!! that is awesome. I really need to get a HRM and check this out myself too. Did you log that in your activity and if so how did you list it?
  • I'm thinking more of a fun burn. I love rididng a bike and get such a thrill out of it. I just got a motorcycle and am enjoying it very much.
  • When I first started i weighed everyday but i only logged once a week. Its risky weighing everyday because weight can fluctuate daily do to different things. Just don't get discouraged if one day you are up but down the next. Good Luck
  • I started buying things her and there after about 20 pounds lost. I still need to buy things but am too afraid to spend the money and not get a lot out of them. I do believe that I am done losing since I am below my goal weight. I am excited to buy all new summer clothes. I got rid of all of them
  • Im going to use half beef and half deer hamburger. The venison is very lean so that should cut back on the fat intake.

  • I eat them a lot. They are easy and very good. I just remember to drink a lot more water when I eat something with a higher sodium content.
  • When the time comes, just go into your goal settings and set it to maintain. It will add calories in for you.
  • I get the B-12 shots once a month at my doctors office. I absolutely love them. I feel like a totally different person now. I have a lot more energy and feel great. I tell the girls at work that they are my happy shots.
  • Try raising your calories for a couple of days and dropping them back down. That is how I got over my plateau. Don't give up because you will start losing again.
  • Thank you. A LOT of hard work and determination!!
  • I've lost about 35 pounds in 5 months. I have another 5-6 to go.
  • I think it just depends on the person. I hit a plateau after about 15 pounds lost. I was able to get over after a couple of weeks tho and haven't hit a road block again, yet. I switched up my diet. I actually increased my calories for a week and then took them back down. This shocked my system enough to get over it.

  • Hello and welcome. Diet Dr. Pepper tastes pretty good. Thats one of the only diet pops that I will drink. Feel free to add me as a friend and we can work together
  • Do you think that I should up my calorie intake until I am done getting the shots? I have made sure that I eat everyone of my exercise calories and have gone over a little bit. I haven't gained any weight yet. The shots are great and am glad that I have gotten them. I hope that I can keep this level of energy even when…
