  • I had surgery about two weeks ago and was very swollen afterwards. I couldn't wear my jeans for the two weeks. I found that eating raisin bran everyday helped with the bowel movement problems. I gained about five pounds but they came off pretty fast.

  • i'm not sure of any pros or cons but i eat oatmeal almost everyday. it keeps me feeling full a lot longer than anything else that i've tried.

  • When I started I had to have Pepsi all of the time. I weaned myself off to two cans a day from probably 3-4 bottles a day. Then I went to the small cans just for the morning.   • The way i got past my plauteu was to up my calories for a couple of days and take them back down. This confuses the body. Also are you eating back your exercise calories?   • I fill mine out a lot of times a head of time. I really like to know how many calories I have and sometimes it changes my mind on what i have for dinner.
