This is really easy and great way to end your day. I take a tsp of olive oil to a frying pan, add 1 cup of spinach, 3oz. or so of lean turkey, goranzola cheese, and chopped onions. I am starting today also...need to shuck off the 15 lbs that is making me cringe everytime I see myself in a picture....I have tried to write it down in a notebook a hundred times...but I never know how many calories I am actually eating...hoping this will help me track better.
