I have a 38g 'charity size' Cadbury Boost bar every workday around 11am. I'm not a big 'sweet' person but I do look forward to my daily ritual ... And it helps our social club ... Probably ;)

I build in some slack for my snack just before bed ... bread-based usually ... yum. Carbs help you sleep you know. As does putting away a bottle of red.
