@bionicdiver I use UA Record to track my exercise. UA Record feeds data to my Apple Watch which in turn feeds My Fitness Pal. I had to add a sprinkle of salt to Jif powder, prefer PB2. I eat it often, PBJ sandwiches, PB with banana, PB with apple slices.

I have reactive hypoglycemia. Kind of the opposite of diabetes. Sugar spikes your insulin level. If my insulin level goes too high it drives my blood sugar down - sometimes to very dangerous levels if I don't catch it in time. aprilh47 - I'm expecting to be up again too after a weekend trip and the fact I didn't get back on track today either. That's life. We'll get there. You have been exercising quite a bit so you're likely gaining muscle which is good. Clothes getting looser even though scales don't show a loss?

I have plantar facisitis (spelling?) so I can't do a lot. I used to ride a bike and considered starting that again. I was holding out on a Force replacement too but after many months I caved and got a Fitbit Flex. The main reason I wanted the Force over the Flex was the time. It isn't so great wearing a watch on the same wrist as my Flex but I've gotten used to it for the most part.

Skye_NS I had the same problem with mine. After each charge it lasted less and less. I emailed FitBit several days ago and haven't heard back. It is a non-issue now though. Mine was barely 5 weeks old so I returned it to the store and got a new one yesterday. I hope this one will last. I did see in the FitBit site…

I'm doing the yo yo with that half pound again. Gained .5 this week, but still at my original goal (with none to spare) After meeting my goal last week I decided I'd like to lose 5 more pounds so I have a new goal now. 5.5 to go 32.5 gone. :happy:
