Exercise is exercise. You'll be stronger and fitter if you do it every other day. I love Insanity for the way it makes me feel so kick *kitten*... but I don't do it every day... I don't think the body needs that much exercise unless your looking for a quick fix.

Interesting! Soda (for me) has never been a craving of mine. I can't remember the last time I had a can of fizzy drink. My liquid intake is always only water (2 or 3 litres a day), coffee and alcohol (weekend beers are definitely my downfall!!!!)
