Started 2 weeks ago. I am 38 and weigh 143lb. I Go to the gym 3 times a week for 60 mins cardio and then some weights. Goal was 1200 calories a day. But despite me weighing or scanning everything I ate I put weight on in the 1st week. Cut calories down to between 800 and 900 and I am still not loosing anything at all. No…
