oh AND...you may like Eggplant...sautee it in a wok using Indian or Thai/Chinese spices...you could make an indian dish out of it but do watch the oil as eggplant likes to absorb it.

i've read that drinking 1 soda per day can add 10-15lb in 1 year. this makes sense: 3500 calories= 1lb; soda: 120cal; 120cal * 365= 43,800 calories in 1 year; which is about 12lb in 1 year.

I weigh in the 150s...i am eating a NET calorie intake of 1100...that means i am eating more like 1400, and trying to exercise 300/day (in theory). this is based on my BMR, BMI, and goal weight.

i did well all day and then crashed with junk food in the evening :(. I worked 3:30A-1:30P yesterday, so that was an extra challenge to eating regularly. Today I'm making it a goal to eat every 3 hours, despite my weird schedule.
