I use Garden of Life, Raw Protein. 80 calories, 17 grames of protein. I blend it with ice, water, frozen berries, and some other fruit if I have it. It can be a tad powdery, but it makes me feel full, and has no milk, whey or soy. If you try it, let me know what you think. :happy:

I find that I am usually warm after a workout, sometimes my face will stay red for an hour, but once my body cools down, I can’t warm up until I shower and put on warm clothes. Headed out the door to the gym where I will take two classes back to back. First is Body Pump (cardo-strength) and the second is Body Flow (pilates/yoga mix) One of my favorite days! happy
