Glad to know it has to do with the fitbit. I disconnected mine to see how things go in the next week or so. If the next time I enter my weight it says correct then I can reconnect and fudge my entry by 1/10th lb to have the correct numbers. After working as an accountant for 30+ years I have this thing about numbers being…

I do have my fitbit connected to MFP. I don't enter any info into Fitbit but will disconnect and see if that helps since I don't use the exercise calories imported. Thank you for the suggestion. Jan

Thank you for replying! The 1st time it happened I thought I had made a mistake so have been careful to double check my entry the last couple of weeks. Thanks! Jan

I just signed up for Real Appeal today through my husband's employer primarily for for the support since staying motivated is my problem. I've been on MFP for 3-4 years but find myself falling off the wagon and gaining back the weight I lost. Then doing it over again. After poking around the Real Appeal site a bit I found…

Hi Cbestinme, Thank you for the very helpful reply! I have my food diary set up to show me the nutrients in grams. Is this what you are referring to? Yesterday I reset my macro goals using 1400 calories. Carbs are at 45% or 158 g, Protein at 25% or 88 g, and Fat at 30% or 47 g. So the protein is right at what you…

Thanks for replying. It seems crazy but my body is weird. I was enrolled in an 8 week hospital based program with a dietitian. I weighed (on a digital scale) and measured my food religiously. I also recorded everything on MFP to which the dietitian had access. Because I gained weight I was referred to an endocrinologist.…

Good Morning! I have not been on MFP in sometime and am excited to find this group. I've read through most of the posts and find the group to be very encouraging. Just a short intro: My name is Jan and I'm from NC. I have Multiple Sclerosis and Fibromyalgia so I struggle daily with pain and fatigue. In the last few years I…

My go to is marinating boneless breasts in fat free Italian dressing for several hours and then grilling. We usually cook up a number of breasts as they are great with veggies for dinner. We use the rest in salads, wraps, etc. Very simple and tasty.

You look fantastic! Congratulations!!

It sounds like you are making some good decisions and moving in the right direction. I used to tell my children that they would have friends only if they were willing to be the 1st to reach out and be a friend. I look forward to seeing the progress you make along your journey :)

I use them a few times a week as a meal replacement. I honestly have never tried just the shake mix by itself so I can't tell you how that tastes. But with things thrown in such as fruit, cocoa, and other things they are very good. Almost like having a milkshake. The shake will usually last me about 3 hours at the most.…

Thanks for replying Amy! Do you use only one shake per day?
