I have asthma BUT its not as bad as others but i do find some days are worse than others and can make working out sometimes impossible. If i'm having a bad episode i never push myself and if i have a cold i never work out because breathing is difficult as it is. I do Zumba but always pace myself and keep my inhalers close…

RachnRoll: You make a good point BUT i think the OP was posting just for fun. IMO I see these women and I do know they are photoshopped and airbrushed and it doesnt affect my opinions and what I think a "real" woman should look like or what i want to look like. I like the Dove ads that show real women. Those are cool ads…

The same thing happened when i stopped drinking regular soda and switched to diet then stopped drinking that all together. Now when i drink diet soda its sooooo sweet to me. Forget about regular soda, it makes me gag.

I agree with Tangie, i make a game plan. I also rarely finish my meal at the restaurant and usually bring the leftovers home for another meal. I also order a side of veggies instead of potatoes. Another thing i wanted to add that i learned was about water intake. I learned that sometimes drinking too much water can make your body "water logged" and you start to retain it.

There could be a few reasons why you aren't losing the weight. Give it another week and see if anything changes. You could be retaining water especially around the time of the month. Make sure your foods arent too high in fat and sodium. Try cutting down some calories if you can. Also dont eat anything after 8 or earlier.…

I agree with Amberboobar and Jess. Each one of is on our own personal weight loss journey and have to be accountable for our own actions. IMO we cant always use others to help us be accountable. Everyone has a right to privacy and should not be judged if support if needed and their diary is private. Wouldn't it be more…

Good luck on your journey!!! I have realized that being accountable for your calorie intake makes such a difference. I do so much better when i count my caloires then when i dont. Surround yourself with positive people and supportive people to help you through. Good luck again.
