If you can, check out the menu online so you can plan. Grilled chicken, shrimp, beans, salsa, even guacamole should be ok. Any tortillas may take up too many calories that you may want use elsewhere like a margarita ; )

I weigh in once a week, mid week at the same time every week. I never weigh in early in the morning though. I'm not a breakfast eater but do drink coffee in the morning so I weigh in close to noon before lunch a few hours after i have had my coffee.

When i was a kid i loved froot loops, golden crisp, honey comb, golden grahams and cookie crisp. Now i still like those cereals but if i want a sugary cereal i eat golden grahams as a snack.
