I've been fighting the same thing...try to keep from eating so much, good thing there isn't much here to 'snack' on. I think once the weather breaks and we can get outside more and have more sunshine we will 'perk' up and fly with it again. I, too, have completed Day 2 Level 3 ... very intense. Seems to move along much faster than the other levels. I am still doing the modified moves on some things. I'm feeling soreness in some of my muscle areas, had a hot shower afterwards to help relax. Doing some laundry, then its out and about for the day! I am excited…

Almost done with level 2...I pushed myself extra hard today. Still can't do a full round of the oblique twists, after doing the jacks my legs can't handle it...but I do as many as I can! I think some of the exercises in 2 are easier than the ones in 1. I measured myself after the first day and can't wait to measure again…

Level 2 Day 5 was a good one for me as well... I pushed myself harder than I had been since I've been taking it easy on the knee! Its so much better but still a bit sore. Today was day 8 of level 1 of the shred for me. My right knee is still bothering me...might have pulled something. I've been running in place instead of jumping jacks...those seem to bother it more than anything. I can see a bit of a difference in my body since starting the shred. All I can say is WOW!! Can't believe I made it through. Can feel it for sure! It was tough, but I did the best I could do through it and feel accomplished that I actually did it!
