  • I usually wait to eat until about 11-11:30 in the morning (after my requisite morning coffee with almond milk). I found this really helps with my digestive system (gives it a break), creates a nice calorie deficit, and most importantly helps me understand what it feels like to be hungry vs. full and everything in-between.…
