I really try to log everything. I also bought a food scale and was surprised at how off my guessing was. As far as food goes, I have stopped eating processed foods for the most part. Finally got back to the gym after about 10 days off. Did about 45 minutes of strength training and then 30 minutes of elliptical. Feel so much better!

I love my fitbit! It makes you realize how much or how little you do on any given day. Since it syncs with MFP it takes the guess work out of trying to determine how many calories equate to whatever exercise you are doing. I also have the Aria scale.
