Hello I have at least 40 lbs to lose and struggle mostly on the weekends. I have a personal trainer I started working with 2 days a week but sure could use motivation the other days of the week.

I'm 5'9 and weight 160lbs and I also would prefer to be down to 145lbs. For some reason I just struggle with losing.

Schedule an appointment with a Podiatrist. There are conservative treatments that they can do.

I'm 5'9 and currently looking at a goal weight of 135-140.

I have no coordination or dance skill (unless I'm drinking then I'm fantastic lol) I started Zumba and very quickly picked up the moves and I really enjoy it:) I currently do Zumba 3 days a week and strength training 2 days. I wore my calorie burner and will burn around 650-700 calories.
