I agree it's OP's choice on the pills. I think most people (myself included) say no pills because they don't teach you to eat healthy portions, it doesn't teach moderation and most times (this happened to me) the weight will be gained back after the pills stop. Honestly when I had them linked I was doing TDEE so I just ate 1 amount every day and my exercise was built in. I ended up disconnecting it. I didn't like it.

My sister has made some and it was good. I'll keep my Talenti. Also, the calories will not be 51. Each banana is different and to know the most accurate calorie count you'd have to weigh them. It may be close to 51...

I have a hard time with getting 100+ grams a day. I end up with protein drinks just because I am lifting heavy so I needz a lot of protein.
