  • Everything she said!
  • I think you should re-read hers...SHE said you don't need to exercise to lose weight, it's all in the calorie deficit, because that is fact. CICO. You can lose weight by adjusting your eating, you don't have to exercise.
  • Of course that's what it is.
  • No one here is judging you. We are simply asking questions to try to help and encourage you. Maybe help you see things you might be missing, we have ALL been in your shoes. We are actually trying to save you some time and frustration. You can log all day long, if you are not measuring and weighing your food then you really…
  • I agree if she's open to others suggestions. Hopefully she'll read some links. I've been a long time vegetarian. I know the struggle, I gained weight when I wasn't vegetarian and when I was.

  • But you see she logs everything. She won't answer the question on whether she weighs and measures it.
  • I'm sorry you're missing the question do you own a scale? Do you weigh what you eat? Logging your food and actually weighing the food for the true amount of calories can be vastly different. Eye opening even. Read the links I posted. They will help you.
  • We are actually trying to help. You can calorie count all day but if you are not weighing your food you do not really know how much you are eating. Trust me. You are eating more than you think.
  • Veggie protein sources http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/926789-protein-sources You will need to weigh and measure all of your food to truly know how much you are eating. A calorie is a calorie is a calorie is a calorie... You are eating more than you think. Read these:…
  • Are you measuring and weighing everything you eat?
  • You're eating more than you think you are. Are you weighing your foods? Going vegetarian does NOT mean you'll lose weight. Sorry but nope. I wish it was that simple because I'd have 25 years of being fit under my belt.
  • This...definitely this...and more of this...
  • I'm sorry but that's not pizza.
  • I'm just gonna leave this here... http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/819925-the-basics-don-t-complicate-it http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/1235566-so-you-re-new-here?hl=so+you%27re+new+here http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/1080242-a-guide-to-get-you-started-on-your-path-to-sexypants
  • FFF actually wasn't talking to or about the OP when she said something was against the rules, she was talking to belringer who was advocating it. FFF wasn't attacking the OP, she wasn't bullying anyone. Glad to know the forums haven't changed with people throwing those words around just because someone disagrees. You keep…
  • I agree that people need to take responsibility for their own lives…with that being said, when someone on a VLCD posts on an open internet forum for ALL to respond to, has their diet open, they have opened the door to comments and suggestions. FatFreeFrolicking was actually talking to a completely different user in the…
  • My thoughts also. Wraps just dehydrate you. When you drink water, it'll replenish what you lost. But yeah, good luck with that. NDJ gave you very solid advice. Losing weight is math. Calories in < Calories out. That is very everyone.
  • Awwwww…the troller flagged me for abuse…I'd feel honored if what I posted was actually abuse… Anyhow…This whole reset button, fat releasing spinach and probiotic packed banana crap has been awesome. I never did learn where that was sold at...
  • You…I like you...
  • What mission said. Check your logging. If you are weighing and logging everything and it's correct, then welcome to maintenance. Adjust you calories or activity levels and keep going.
  • Oh Topaz…just stop…He said it wasn't at all…you said it was for 10-15 lbs…which is wrong. WRONG. So stop trolling. Please. It's unbecoming…and you are breaking MFP rules…so I'd expect a smack down from a mod soon enough…
  • I think everything you posted here is the example of 'trolling the forum' on this account. I mean, suggesting that a smoothie diet is sustainable in ANY way is trolling.
  • Um.. okay...Thanks for agreeing.[/quote] Yeah they DIDN'T agree with you. Smoothie diet is NOT sustainable period. Key word there being NOT. Plus they won't meet what they need nutrient wise, therefore it can be unhealthy. So. yeah, there's that.
  • Also near the fairy dust? Have they learned how to can Unicorn rainbow farts yet?
