I'm in for sure! Starting Tuesday, I'll be starting to cut out wheat products for a week. Add on exercise is hot yoga for a month. 3 times a week along with insanity or hip hob abs. Good luck everyone! Be motivated and critical on yourself. It is the only way to be stronger.

Insanity is a great workout along with counting your calories! I've finished rockin body and now on the last week of hip hob abs. During these workouts when I feel like I don't do enough. I incorporate insanity in it. It really helps and makes you feel better. If it's your 1st or 3rd time. You can do it! I hope you succeed!
