This may be a silly question, but what does it mean when people write 'bump' as a comment?

I have tried most and swear by Saucony. They have great support, especially in the arches and heels and are lightweight.

I'm wondering the same thing, so will be interested in the other replys. It seems like I always reach my recommended grams of protein or go over, but still have lots of carbs and calories left for the day.
