I am the proud mother of a 20 month old red-headed boy! It looks like it is going to stay red and I am tickled about it. My family is Scotish and my husbands is Irish, so he comes by it honestly!

Not at all. Infact, I brought my Dvd w/ me on vacation and forgot my weights so I had to do it without and still am sore this morning. Not every exercise needs them and I just went through the ones that did by tightening my muscles and pretending I was doing it w/ weights.
