Just as an FYI: I'm very overweight and was diagnosed celiac. I thought the doc was full of $#*! when he sent me for more testing, but SURPRISE! The upper-endo and colonoscopy confirmed. Go figure - the malnutrition was causing me to GAIN weight...

Haha! This is me! I want this! I've always thought my head was too small, and of course, the first place I lost weight was my face, so now my head is even SMALLER!! I truly hope that someday I can look in the mirror and think "my head is too big!"

150g/day! Where do you get the majority of your protein from? I'm doing protein shakes and still find it hard to get 105... Granted I'm still learning and tweaking. :smile:

My doc has me on a high protein diet so I shoot for 30g per meal, with a top of 105g per day. I'm curious how eating the protein right after will be beneficial, vs just eating normally. Thoughts? How does it help you?
