Took me a few classes to break them in, but now I love my ryka exertions for zumba!

My favorites are mixing some garlic or roasted pine but hummus (about 2 Tbs) with some water and a tsp of olive oil. Also love mixing 2 Tbs of light sour cream with a few Tbs of salsa, sooo good!

Personally I would get a heart rate monitor to see exactly how much you burn and just add zumba to your database. Otherwise a lot of people use zumbacalories.com to estimate their burn. Hopes this helps!

Got a bob (shortest I have ever had it) last year, but slowly growing it out, I miss being able to style, braid, play with it! Need a trim but holding off, grow hair grow!

When I was in middle school went to the doctor for a regular check up. At the time I was slightly overweight. She took my BP and it was normal but said that it should be high since I was fat. She took it 3 more times and decided that I needed a test for diabetes cause clearly anyone who isn't thin has it.

With my HRM i burn on average 900-1000 cals per class, love zumba <3

Been using the new simple skincare night cream, only on my cheeks though, my t zone will break out if I put any lotion on it at night time.

Love....this...show. I watched it on netflix but missed season 5 but now I get to watch all the new episodes on hulu plus. I just cant get enough! SOOOooo happy it was renewed for another season, otherwise I might just cry! Have to say almost cried when Bobbi died :(

I am eating back anywhere from half to 3/4 of my exercise calories. I am netting around 1400 daily

Not TOM and bowel movements normal, I think. I am using a suunto m4 HRM for tracking calories, and I mean it says I burn from 900-1000 depending on the dances and I can barely keep up in class. My diary is open for suggestions as well!
