I have to wash my hair everyday because otherwise its not manageable, but I don't wash it more than once a day. Sometimes its every other day, depending on what I want to do with my hair.

I believe that.. My mom got some toning shoes, that she used for walking and we were walking, we hadn't been gone from home 5 minutes, which is about maybe a half a mile away and she felt like her lower legs were going to break in half. I'm afraid to try them for that reason.

Diet pills is a big NO. They do nothing for you really, fill your body full of garbage. If you were to decide to, go to the doctor and see what he may suggest for you. Thats my only suggestion for you..

Lately, I have been logging my exercise, only because it keeps me intact. Sometimes I tend to be less than active, for personal reasons. But this is giving me a routine that I REALLY need. If people dont like me for logging it then thats their opinion, and I really dont care. I dont think its fair for people to be judging.…

Usually if I do a cheat day, its a small one, and its the day I do my weigh in. I used to link them together, but not anymore.. Although I tend to share my weight loss with some of my friends on there.. If they want to know where Ive lost it from, then I send them this way.. :) I spend more time on here then on fb half the time anymore. Nakita, You just need to dig down deep. Its hard to stay on the weight loss wagon, but it is soo worth it in the long run. Sometimes you just need some extra words of encouragement. I have my hubby in it with me "partcially" so its not been too bad so far.. ;)

I tend to forget about the scale for a while (on purpose), I try to wait until I see a small difference, but then again, the number on the scale isnt always great, but if you see it else where thats what counts. Remember muscle ways more than fat. I think its crazy those who weigh themselves daily or a couple times a day.…
