Toe taps. Seriously. I used to get horrible shin pains, and someone told me just to do toe taps sitting at a desk or in the car or wherever. Enough to feel that stretch and as many reps as you can do w/o feeling major fatigue. I started doing just a little bit on the way to the gym and it helped immensely. Haven't really…

Out of the saddle, but I stripped and rebidded four stalls tonight - that was a workout! For riding, I find posting the BIG, long trot to be the best exercise to get my heart going. :-)

I am here as well! Overall my goal is to get to 160 - which is around 40 lbs to lose. I've loooove to fit in the breeches I got on sale (online) that are way too small right now. :-)

I alternate. The elliptical can be hard on my foot (no clue why), but I like it. And really like the treadmill. Hate the bike. LOL

Oh please... if I couldn't have Starbucks I don't think I'd get thru the week. LOL I have a grande light frap mid week and then whichever drink I want on Sunday (my day off). It's a great part of my motivation to stay on track the entire week.

I am aiming for 160. I've never been that weight that I can recall, so have no clue how'll I'll look. I figure when I hit that weight, I'll see where I am and go from there.

Yup, kept 100 lbs off for 5 or 6 years. Still have 40 to go, but I'm happy being able to maintain where I have.

Total of over 120 lbs lost and not one friggin' cup size! Lots of band sizes tho. LOL

Doing great! I've been crazy busy with work and the gym and riding 2 horses, but have managed to keep everything in step. Since the beginning of Jan I'm down 12.6 lbs. At my one month reprogram at the gym I wasn't down much in the way of measurements, but that will come. I wasn't thrilled to see my calf go up a little bit…

Hi all! I am Tee on COTH. Post occasionally but mostly just read. I have 2 Morgan geldings, coming 10 year old and a coming 5 year old. It's funny, I originally started wanting to lose weight back in 2001. Over the following 6 years I was down about 50 lbs from my highest of 300. And then sort of got stuck. What pushed me…

LOL! When I was weighing in at WW, I made sure I took even the tiny earrings I had on off. Take no chances!

Congrats! My sister, mom and I joined the gym here a month ago (actually, exactly today) and it has been so much fun. I've lost like 7 lbs, but my clothes feel more like I've lost 20. :-) Definately a great motivation to keep going. And I've noticed my saddle seems a bit roomier too!
