  • Another 6 miles cycled today so now on 118.5 which means we have been captured by wights and released by Tom Bombadil. Currently riding north through a gap!

  • Ok - haven't posted for a week or so...cos I forgot. Anyway, since the 1st March I have covered 12.5 miles which takes me from the 40 mile mark to 52.5 miles! That means I am now on day 3 and .5 miles into Reach area of the Marish with fields, meadows, hedges, gates, and drainage dikes.

  • Hey Lucy Have you tried cutting out wheat for a week. You may see quite a reduction in your tummy bloati! Then it's down to doing upper and lower ab crunches, these are so much better than sit-ups.

  • Ok after a very lazy weekend - I have started to climb the steep slope at 17.5 miles out. Ran 5.2 miles today! I don't have a pedometer at the moment so can't add that distance to it.

  • I love it - hubby hates it - so i get the jar all to myself. Oh and I have marmite & peanut butter on rivita as one of my snacks everyday! Great for the protein count when you are working out and recommended by my pt!!

  • thank you for putting this on...I was just feeling guilty cos I have just had a really bad eating day today...I don't usually work out at weekends - thinking 5 days a week is enough and it's just so difficult to get to the gym on a weekend. Glad I am not alone in this!
