Hi Everyone! I'm Marcelle. Last August I began a weight loss journey and lost close to 12 lbs by October, but then gained most of it back after a car accident. I am looking forward to getting back in the game and making my weight loss goal a reality!

Good job everyone! Not gonna make the full 10 myself, but I'll give it all I got. I've been so tired with work,exercising, and life that I overslept this morning and missed my morning workout. I'm gonna do a 5 mile walk after work, but not sure if I'll be able to fit another workout in today. I'll post my final results…

Yeah, not a good week for me either. Started out strong, but then went to a family dinner and continued to over eat over a 2 day period. I lost my will power. Here's to a better week for us all!!!!
