Ive used it before. I was jittery for a day or two, but then it went away. I lost about 3 pounds (I was at a plateau for about a month) and then it stayed there (im thinking maybe it was water weight). Make sure you follow the directions. Helped a lot with my workouts, and I never needed to increase the dosage. I take them…

Great post! I even have extra skin on my arms and thighs and I didn't lose anything close to what you did. It happens, but losing weight is still the best thing I have ever done for myself. You are an inspiration

I've had asthma (allergy, exercise, hell even sleeping induced) I would go to a doctor and get evaluated. They will get you that inhaler if need be :)

What about the people that are TOO hard on themselves? To the point where they are hurting themselves? I agree with this post. Enjoy your life, but dont forget your lifestyle change. I get to the point of panic attacks if I miss one workout day or forget my lunch. Then I realize my life isnt over...stop stressing so much.…

This makes me want to go get blood work done... Ive been losing my hair too. I take vitamins and fish oil and my diet is mostly healthy foods. I eat around 1300 cal a day, but I also exercise 6 days a week (and dont eat my cals back)...that could be it too. AND I also have PCOS (which causes balding), but have had it for…

My family is coming to Albuquerque to spend Thanksgiving with us. I plan on recording the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade, and running a 5k (Turkey Trek).....Probably eat the same as I usually do...maybe not as much though.

Mine were never big, but were deflated. I LOVE my fake boobs...they aren't giant, but make me feel better and more proportionate. So happy I got them. Do what you want, life is too short :)

No, not with MFP...the pictures are pretty old...I doubt MFP even existed ..I believe my 17th bday. I lost 30 on my own and then lost 30 more on WW....and just counting cals and working out for the last 20 or so But thanks!

A lot of toning, but barely any weight loss, and it's kinda driving me crazy bc I only have a few more pounds to hit my goal, but they won't come off.

I been told eat more or work harder...sometimes people get off track. Im my case...I was workingout 6 days a week and eating like 600 net cals....working harder wasn't my problem. Went and ate a bunch of junk this past weekend and didnt gain anything...maybe I was in starvation mode....
