I dont eat extra to count the excercise calories...I focus only on staying at 1200...the extra calories is your bonus & what your burning. Sometimes I'll eat a extra snack cause I have room to do that.

I have kids & lots of errands to do as well...Keep your snacks on you at all times including fruit...I get the bacon ranch salad at mcdonalds alot (I dont eat their chicken just cause I dont like it) with basalmic vinager dressing...it all totals 180 calories. Drink plenty of water & have fiber in the morning. Fiber fills you up. I have hot tea as one of my snacks 0 calories

My husband took a picture of me in July walking away. I saw that picture & literally cried all night. I was uncomfortable with my weight gain in past years anyway but always made excuses. I dont count coffee as my water...but I drink alot more tea than coffee. I do count my decaffeinated tea as my water. My tea cup equeals 16 oz. Some days I drink 8 glasses of water with my tea, but on the days I dont I dont worry about it. Do you like tea? Theres many natural flavors that counts as 0 in your food diary.

Dont feel frustrated...give it time for your body to adjust..you may lose a small amount one week but the next lose more....Once thing that is a problem for me & seeing that your a women...Hormones play a big part in that week before & during.
