I been craving donuts lately.. I beem choosing my less favorite.. like instead of filled long john or cinnamon roll with icing.. i will get cake donut or even bismark without icing and eat half and throw other half away.. its not ideal to be eating any of them.. but i dont think i would pay that price for that donut more…

i recently stopped eating breakfast but was doing a protein shake but recently started just eating one of my fiber bars and coffee.. i feel like i dont get hungry until noon..before it was at 10 am. i dont track calories much to know how it balances out.

i lost 102 pounds.. i too have gained. i have went a couple major lifestyle changes.. i am anemic which is when i started gaining.. i have gained 25 pounds.. i made a deal with myself if i can get my weight down to my last check in on here that i will get a pedicure.. so trying to use that to motivate me.

good idea.. i went from 272 to 170 lbs and was happy.. i passed out and disvovered my iron was low. i had iron infusion treatments.. i was hungry when passed out so i feel like i became afraid of hunger.. i had ignored dizzy spells and had several after the passing out. i know weigh 199 lbs. need to think of rewards..

When I drink them I can taste the protein powder and just can't stomach it.. plus the shakes don't work cause I am not trying to replace meals so I need them more as a quick snack on the go when I am working.

I been having a hard time too.. I am so bored with food except for the bad things.. try finding new recipes.. I have a cookbook called eat great lose weight.. it has some good meals in there.

I take care of the elderly.. mostly in home care and not a nurse.. but I have a client in health center and they get treated all the time.. is that one of your major issues. It would probably be mine.. I know I encounter more treats being there.. I get offered stuff when my client gets treats.

Thanks everyone. It makes sense with not progressing due to not sticking with one thing long enough. I really just need to be stronger in general. Don't mean to hijack this but is coffee suggested for energy or does it suppress our appetite? Or both.. I just recently came to like coffee but have to either use chocolate creamer or my favorite is hot chocolate.

I am not much of a early riser myself so the earliest class I do is 830 am.. i think if you do a early time you might draw in a crowd who can't or don't wanna be there in the evening.. I know my ymca has morning classes.
