  • We took a trip for vacation. I packed fruit, boiled eggs.. I suggest peeling them.. I went wrong there... protein bars, fiber bars. I splurged a bit on my vacation but not in excess. I had a 5 pound gain and now 3 days later all but a pound is gone.
  • I had the issues of a big plate and not seeing the numbers. Almost a deal breaker. My sister suggested putting a bowl on the scale and then the plate. Works awesome!

  • I am going on vacation Thursday to Monday. Lots of traveling for a retreat. I plan on logging into myfitnesspal. Log any processes foods I eat and log anything if it's take out or in the data base. I won't really stress out about food but hope to make good choices while on the road and retreat.

  • Around 2003 or so I.lost 50 pounds. Got down to about 200.. in.2006 or so I.started gaining weight after a new marriage. 3 years ago, I was at 272. I now am right under 170 pounds.. so it can be done. Good luck.

  • I am doing a half Marathon in June. I looked at some of the programs and thought the same thing on the long runs being limited. I am just doing my own thing and will add distance and time as I go.

I felt like every time I burned and it made me burn a lot that I tasted vitamins.. vitamins make my stomach hurt so not.a good feeling.. I also had horrible gas. Very bad.   • Thanks for being worried about my money. I will look into your suggestions if I feel the shakes help me get my calories up after my runs. I don't want any food after a long run. I am not trying to lose weight so weight loss isn't my reasons for trying it. Enough said. Haven't even tried.it yet. I may come back and say yuck!

  • Why be an *kitten*!?If it's not your money then don't worry about it. Last I knew you don't pay my bills or my grocery bills. I never mentioned its over priced. That is your opinion. If it helps me get my calories in after a long run and if I choose to purchase it again that is my right.
  • I just ordered the sample package.. It's not to lose weight but to get something in me quick after my runs. I just got it and waiting on a new blender I ordered to given it a try. I know it's expensive but I just have to see if it's any good. I may or may not order it again. I will know by Friday if it taste good or not.

  • I just got beach body on demand and love it. Never used daily burn so can't comment.. I think I will use it more compared to if I got free workouts online.
  • I can't get thru day one of Insanity. I can go 25 minutes and I am just dying. I can run but this kills me. I figure if I try it long enough I can get thru it.
