How fast do you lose the ten pounds? Could a portion of the 10 be water weight?

Yea. It can be done by eating salads and small portions. I do tend to avoid the all you can eat cause its over priced.

I have a good one. It's called eat great lose weight. I have liked most of the meals I have tried so far.

You could aim for an average for the whole week based off your averages for the past month. Or if you know your going to workout and burn x amount of calories. You could work x amount into your day and at the end of the day or week it will average out.

I think saying even 400 pounds people is misleading.. maybe get the beginner shred. I did ripped in 30. It.was tough and I have been really active with running and.fitness classes.

I am 171 and seem to be maintaining on an average of 2000 calories a day. I am still trying to lose 1/2 pound per week myself. I wonder if your giving your body time to rest? Maybe water weight? I wouldn't cut too low especially on running days.

That happened to me too. I even changed batteries again. I bought a new chest strap. Nothing. Finally bought same model of heart rate monitor and its working. I didn't even change watch.

I go back to logging everything. Plus I will post daily goals I want to hit and then share how I did at the end of the day.

My brother was diagnosed at 18 years of age. His progressed pretty fast. He is in his early 30s and has mobility problems with his legs. He has to use a walker and has for a few years now.

I personally suggest fit bit one. It's small. You can read the screen and appears to be accurate. It charges on the computer. You will never need to buy batteries like the cheaper model the zip.

I do Spin. According to the machine I burn between 500 and 600 calories. My heart rate monitor died so I just enter what the machine says. I only do Spin a couple times a month.

I drink hot tea when I want a snack but not hungry. It's helping me a little bit.

I have lost 102 pounds and feel like I am not as strong when I need to lift something or when my lab jumps on me or tries to pull me. :-)

Thanks. My husband actually weighs about 30 pounds less than me. It could also be an overall sodium count for the.whole day.

I am the same height as you. I weighed 272 and now weigh 171.0 and I still could lose more based on the size of my legs, arms and stomach.. my bra size was 42Dodd but now is a 38c. Chances are as you drop weight your brain size will shrink with the rest of you.

I have a book at home that has healthy recipes and does the calorie counts. Message me and i can give you the name of it. I am not at home. It wont plan your workouts but might do the trick for your meals.

Maybe only weigh every 4 to 6 weeks or so. I only say that cause as you lose your calorie needs do decrease so you do want to update it occasionally. Maybe the better you feel and look will decrease your likely hood of binging?

1.6 pounds in 9 days is great! You need realistic goals if your going to be successful with losing 50 pounds. It doesn't happen overnight. Keep working hard and be patient.
