When your tired of logging and working out and just want a quick fix and wake up that perfect weight. Remember that you didn't wake up at that size so give it time and keep going.

She could always set up an account here and get an idea of how many calories she would need to lose weight. Could always write what she eats in a notebook and count calories that way. Personally I don' think logging really takes all that much time and only when she is ready to lose weight will she be able to do it.

I say food scale. Then gym membership if you feel like you would be most likely to use it over home equipment. Then get the hrm.

That is cute!! Would you rather he say mean things about how you look? It takes a long time for self esteem to recover if your guy says mean things about weight even if its true and needed to be said. Not that it would jump start weight loss.

Your doing great. You guys might have to agree to disagree about diet and weight loss. I can get very sensitive of my husband tries to give me diet advice but the most part that is a thing of the past.

My husband is really supportive and has even been known to weigh food when cooking and tells me how proud he is of me. In some ways, he does tick me off cause he tells me I should try to work harder in zumba to get the calorie count up. I burn an average of 420 to 450 and just can't seem to get it higher. When I started doing body pump.. I don't know about the pork chop but I have seen on potatoes where it will have a calorie count for 1 potaoe and does it in weight too. I found that if I ate the whole potatoe that I had two servings of the amount of calories listed.

I did the c25k running program but I had a program called run double. It was free at first. It was actually a 9 week program. I doubt you ate enough to cancel out 3 weeks of eating right. You may see a standstill on the scale this week. Just start back with counting calories again.

I am an emotional eater. I don't know how many times I ate fast food cause it made me 'feel' good after an arguement with my husband or something else bothering me. I am over a year in and I am very happy in life overall. Sure stuff still makes me sad or ticked off but working out makes me feel good now.

Sorry about your struggles. Don't give up. Another tool is to have your husband take pics of you maybe each month and maybe you could see progress that way.

Welcome back! You did the first and one of the hardest steps about losing weight. You been given a lot of good advice from others. Be patient with yourself. Let the weight come off slowly if that's what it takes to make it work.

I am speechless about what happened yesterday. A few days ago, I signed up for the color run on june 1st. It makes it a little closer to home since its I will run across a finish line soon.

I am one run from finishing the program! I have to say it's one of the hardest things I have made myself do. I am coming right in at 3 miles in the 40 minutes on the treadmill. I think it's a very good program that builds the runs up slowly and it's something that I have been able to do. I don't know if it's just by chance…

You can build a recipe using the feature here. List all the items you put in and then you can guess how many servings you will get out of it. But best to weigh the whole meal if possible and track by weighing out your portion.

I don't think it does that. You maybe intrested in putting couch to 5k ap on your phone. It will tell you when to walk and when to run.

I have it and love it. Not sure what you mean by the interval time for walk/run though. If you need didn't numbers for walking compared to running when yr using it. You might have to start it and turn it off and then back on. It stores quite a few workouts so you can look at them later.
