I an not a cna.. i do in home care for the elderly and one of my clients lives in the health center. I know cnas but their butts.. do people bring food all the time? i almost thought about going for a cna licence but the amount of work and temptations they deal with is a cpl reasons i decided against it.

Hey.. as far as clotthes the smaller size you get the more likely you can find used clothes but being a man does seem to make it more of a challenge.. i am guessing cause men wear their clothes until they have many holes in them. my boyfriends *kitten* can be out and he still thinks he can get some use out of them.

My boyfriend has said i can eat fast food cause i am working out.. cant out run a bad diet. good luck. my situation seems under control at the moment.. i get upset cause he is being lazy and wanting me to get food after i worked all day.

I am sorry that your about to lose your mom. keep counting calories and take little time for you. i hope you have help at home. i take care of the elderly. I wonder if its typical for ppl to experience short burst of hunger and energy before there health fails and they refuse food and drink. i dont have much hospice…

ok thanks.. i dont plan on 3 days cause i enjoy other classes.. i will see where i can fit a 2nd day thats not back to back. i do own the program so always an option too. i just perfer live class.

Hi.. I do have body pump at my gym and it will be part of my regular routine but not available in the right time frame to follow body flow.. Grit class is available but extra fee for it. Reason why I may do cx is it's only adding 30 min class to a 1 hour class.

Thanks. I went to the class and it good.. not typically how i get a good workout in but I will keep it in mind. I will just add another class. There is a cx worx 30 min class after it so i may give it a shot.

I agree with the above. Have everything ready and go. i am actually changing gyms cause my current one fitness classes dont line up well with my work hours.. struggling too much getting home at 830 and not wanting to cook so late.

i gave up running.. but i did run for 3 summers.. are you sore from running? it could slow you down. Maybe do 2 runs a week and do something else on the 3rd day.

i will add you. i am 41 years old. 2 children but only a 17 year old at home.. he tries to enourage junk food lol. i am a caregiver for the elderly. i work about 50 hours a week. i lost 101 pounds but sadly gained 30 pounds back and struggling to get my head in the game.

It sounds like your room might be too small.. i sort of want a home gym but mine would be more like a big tv with room for videos workouts. if i had space i would put a treadmill or a bike.. plus i need a rack for weights.. but i could see myself wanting a gym membership and home gym. why cant we have it all? good luck…

You would do better with a fit bit one. its old school but goes on your bra so no need to take it off or miss steps.
