very irregular periods... fat & more precisely belly fat.... weird hair pattern.... And I had ultrasounds done that confirmed all that mess. But I've lost 23 pounds since the beginning of the year so there is hope for us !!

Ofcourse you can do gym without going to the gym !! If you can just walk/run in your neighboorhood, or maybe if you can get a bike ? That's already a good start. I am from France & moved in SoCal three years ago. I had a really hard time at the beginning, did not know what to buy (it was my first time in the usa also).
