This morning I had a piece of whole grain toast with peanut butter topped with sliced pear (a quarter is all you need). Then I grated some cheese over top. I sometimes substitute apple for the pear and top with different cheese (i.e. cheddar, friulano, etc.).

As our gift to one another, my husband and I purchased a Vitamix Pro for Christmas. It actually arrived a week before the holidays, and since then we've used it at least once a day, mostly for smoothies in the morning. I can't wait to try out some of the soup recipes!
