  • I just do it by how many cups I'm using, I don't mess with weights at all. When you type it into MFP one of the first hits has it by how many cups.

  • That doesn't make sense. If you're staying within the number of calories the site is telling you to in order to lose weight, it shouldn't be telling you you'll gain. Are you sure you entered in all of your information correctlly?

  • Insanity is GREAT for burning calories. I burn an average of 700 calories in 40 minutes. It's the most intense (hence the name, I'm sure) cardio I've ever done.
