Love this idea for a group... Weight-loss goal: To lose 15lbs (approx. 1.5lbs a week)! Non-scale goal: to look good in a swimming costume and not look like a whale! Exercise goal: go gym 3/4 time a week, aim to be able to run for 20 minutes! Nutrition goal: Eat between 1300-1500 calorie a day, and to eat no junk food!

Hey I'm from the UK so feel free to add me. Wow that's an amazing weight loss so far and I'm sure you will be able to lose a further 21lbs. Your right it is always easier too reach your target goal when you have people to help and motive you. :-)

Thanks for all of your responses, I am going to start doing it today because it is my off day for going to the gym. This probably sounds like a silly question because it is call the 30DS but does she advice you to do it every day?
