This is why i have the bare minimum of friends on here and dont put up any posts..people (not all) but a good majority of people on here are very nasty and not just about closed diarys....ive seen quite a few posts on here where one person is chastising another for not eating or excercising in the manner they see fit.....…

fast food and/or any pre packed pre made foods.... take the time and make everything fresh....lots of veggies and lots of water Dont deprive yourself you can have almost anything in moderation so go ahead allow yourself bread or rice or pasta....just keep it whole wheat and only yourself to have one of those items 2 - 3…

i used to hate working out but lately i love it and I realized yesterday that i must be addicted because i didnt get to go to the gym and i was so nasty all day...snapping at everyone and hating the world....got up this morning and spent nearly 3 hours at the gym....feel much better today!
