i usually put cinnamon and brown sugar in mine with whatever fruit i feel like tht day.. somedays i do apples other i do bananas or raspberries!

i am aiming for 175-150.. i am starting with the goal 175.. that way i am making small steps!

my brother who has been taking fitness training and such told me to make sure i am eating enough protein. if you do not eat protein your body will eat away at ur muscle cuz it tastes better than fat...

how did u loss it? i am 29 and i have 87+ pound to loss!

the most was 300 back when i was 23-24ish! if it was not for my little sister i doubt i would have lost the weight then!

my mother and i bought stack wells 100 cal. snacks that r really good give you are craving something sweet, but not that bad for you. also i use kettle corn for those wanting sweet moments. Also carrots and fruit give u that sweet taste without being bad as well.. any1 have any idea were u get that zero cal and zero sugar…

it is so hard to loss weight, keeping it off is extremely hard as well.. any1 who thinks it is easy is ignorant!

i aim for anywhere between 1200 and 1500 calories a day.. works out really well for me and i feel satisfied.

you are probably turning your fat into muscle.. muscle weighs more than fat dear.. do not get discouraged, we are all fighting the same fight.. to loss weight!! :)

i've been having cream of wheat with a banana in it.. fills me up, then i usually have a small snack if i get hungry before lunch! :) good luck!

artificial sugars and even diet soda are very bad for u... it adds unneeded sodium and chemicals to ur diet. it would be better to find a natural sweetener..
