  • I love my Zumba classes and I agree with the lady who said "keep up with it & you'll see amazing result".....she's right...& you'll have a good time getting in shape.....and add some weightlifting for toning....have fun ......but just add it yourself....

  • Keep it going......your doing great and remember the body is an incredible machine capable of doing more.....so each month add more minutes to your routine and add some weight/strength training to your exercises....CONGRATS 56 pounds gone and YES you can reach your goal weight!!!
