Honestly, I don't think anything works as good as walking as a method of losing weight and toning. You may want to speed it up every few minutes, or even jog so that you can keep your heart rate up and get a better workout.

It doesn't necessarily prevent me from overeating, but knowing that I have to log in the next day reminds me that I'm starting with a fresh slate every morning. That's empowering.

The cravings usually come a few days before. I need something cheesy, or creamy, or chocolate-y to get through the day(s).
